Customers should contact Super Trailer Shop before initiating any return request.
To be considered for a return, products must generally:
- Be in new and unused condition
- Be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered
- Include all original documentation, manuals, accessories, and components
- Not have been modified, customized, registered, titled, or altered
- Receive prior return authorization from Super Trailer Shop
Returns submitted without authorization may be refused.
Because trailers are large, specialized products that often involve transportation, registration, and custom configurations, trailer sales are generally considered final once delivery or pickup has occurred.
Return requests for trailers may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved return may be subject to:
- Transportation and freight charges
- Restocking fees
- Inspection fees
- Repair or reconditioning costs, if applicable
Custom-built, special-order, or modified trailers are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Products showing signs of installation, use, damage, abuse, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
Orders that have not yet entered production, shipment, or delivery scheduling may be eligible for cancellation. However, cancellation requests may be subject to administrative fees, processing fees, or manufacturer charges.
Custom orders, special-order products, and products already shipped or in transit may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on lender requirements, banking institutions, and payment methods.
Customers remain responsible for complying with all financing agreements until any approved refund has been fully processed and applied.
Customers should carefully inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item ordered, customers should notify Super Trailer Shop within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photographs of the issue
- Delivery documentation
- Product details and order information
We will work with the customer, manufacturer, and shipping provider to investigate and resolve the matter.
The following items are generally non-refundable unless required by law:
- Custom-built trailers
- Special-order trailers
- Modified or personalized products
- Products that have been registered or titled
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper operation
- Installation, setup, transportation, or delivery charges already incurred
- Fees associated with financing, registration, licensing, or government filings
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Payment method
- Financial institution processing times
- Financing provider requirements
- Product inspection and approval procedures
Shipping, freight, and delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
